What is HTTC, and where does training take place?
HTTC is the Hair Transplant Training Center, operated by Raken AG. Training takes place at HLC Hairline Clinic in Ankara, Turkey. Dr. Özgür Öztan is HLC’s Medical Director. Meet the team.
Who can enrol?
Licensed physicians, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons and general surgeons. Medical assistants and surgical nurses can attend alongside a physician. Credentials are checked during registration. You can attend without bringing an assistant.
Does the course include practical work on patients?
Yes. Training includes FUE extraction and implantation on real patients under direct surgeon supervision. The programme combines theory, demonstrations, practical work and case discussion. It does not promise independent competence after a fixed number of days.
How long is the course?
Programmes range from a one-day intensive to up to four weeks. Duration and topic emphasis are arranged around your experience and training goals. See the course outline.
How large are the groups?
Training is available one-to-one or in a group of two or three participants. Groups can request a package price by phone or email.
What techniques does the curriculum cover?
Manual and powered FUE extraction, PCID use, donor assessment, hairline design, graft preparation, recipient-site creation and implantation. Further topics include body hair transplantation, repair cases and postoperative care. The emphasis depends on the programme you arrange.
Are FUE workshops hands-on?
Yes. HTTC workshops combine theory, demonstrations, live surgery and supervised practical training. Sessions are tailored to basic, intermediate or advanced levels. Workshop duration and the particular activities are arranged for the session. Read about workshops.
What is the course price?
Training costs USD 5,000 per day for one person. Three days cost USD 15,000 for one person. For groups of two or three, we can offer a package price; contact us by phone or email for a quotation. What does the training fee include?
Theoretical instruction, supervised practical training, instrument use, surgical tools and consumables, course materials and the certificate of completion. Hotel accommodation and airport transfers on arrival and departure are included. Flights, meals and personal travel insurance are separate costs.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Participants receive an HTTC certificate of completion signed by the instructor. It records the training undertaken and is recognised by FUE Europe. Society membership follows its own application process, and the certificate does not replace permission to practise in your jurisdiction. Read the certificate information.
Is support available after the course?
Former participants can contact HTTC for technical questions and case discussion. Further training can focus on specific techniques. Discuss any particular follow-up needs when arranging your programme.
