3. Data We Process and Why
3.1 Website Visit
When you visit the site, we automatically process technical data: shortened IP address, date and time, pages visited, browser type, operating system, referrer. Purpose: secure operation, error analysis, abuse protection. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 31 para. 1 FADP / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
3.2 Contact Forms and Course Enquiries
When you contact us (contact form, email, WhatsApp, phone), we process the data you provide — typically name, email, phone number, your question, and your professional background. Purpose: answering your enquiry, scheduling your participation in a training course or workshop, performance of pre-contractual measures. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request and contract performance (Art. 31 para. 1 FADP / Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
3.3 Course Enrollment
If you enroll in a course or workshop, we process enrollment data such as your name, contact details, professional credentials, training preferences, and participation dates. Purpose: course delivery, certificate issuance, and communication related to your training. Legal basis: contract performance.
3.4 Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for anonymised reach measurement. It activates only after your consent via the cookie banner. IP addresses are truncated.
3.5 Embedded Content (YouTube)
Videos are embedded in YouTube’s extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com, Google Ireland Ltd.). Data is transmitted to Google only when you actively start playback.

5. International Data Transfers
To deliver your training course, we transfer enrollment and communication data to training partners in Turkey. Turkey is not recognised by Switzerland or the EU as providing an adequate level of data protection. The transfer is necessary to fulfil your enquiry and to carry out pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 17 para. 1 lit. c FADP / Art. 49 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). By contacting us via the contact form, WhatsApp, email, or phone, you consent to this transfer.
Analytics providers (e.g. Google) may process data in the USA. These transfers are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

- Enrollment and course-participation records: up to 10 years (for certification records and tax documentation obligations)
